Our Services
We offer counselling and behaviour consultations, digital resources, and Care OS memberships for everyday wellbeing activities and personal progress tracking.
Important Disclaimer
Our services support emotional wellbeing and are not a substitute for emergency care or medical/psychiatric treatment. If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical emergency, please contact local emergency services or a helpline immediately.
Care OS Accounts
- Self-registration is currently for adults aged 18 or over.
- A parent may use their own adult account for parent-guided activities. This does not create a child account or give the platform professional oversight of the child.
- Care OS activities, check-ins and progress views are reflective tools, not tests, diagnoses or clinical records.
- You are responsible for keeping your login private and for leaving other people’s identifying information out of personal entries.
Bookings & Payments
- Consultation fees and resource prices are listed on the site in INR and must be paid to confirm your order.
- A consultation slot is confirmed only after payment is verified, after which you receive your scheduling link.
- Digital resources are made available for download once payment is confirmed.
- Current Care OS paid memberships provide 30 days of access per payment and do not renew automatically. A no-card trial returns to Free when it ends unless you make a separate purchase.
Intellectual Property
All content, resources, and materials are the property of Saarthi Emotional Wellness and are for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be resold or redistributed.
Limitation of Liability
We provide our services in good faith and to the best of our professional ability. We are not liable for outcomes outside our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our place of business.
