Consultations
- Reschedule: You may reschedule a booked consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
- Cancellation & refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund.
- Late cancellation / no-show: Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.
Digital Resources (E-books, Worksheets, Language Resources)
- Because these are delivered digitally, they are non-refundable once the download has been accessed/delivered.
- If you were charged but did not receive your download, were charged twice, or the file is faulty, contact us and we will resolve it with a redelivery or a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at parnikaabansal95@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
