Information We Collect
- Contact details you provide – name, email, phone, and city – when you book a consultation, buy a resource, or send a message.
- Order and booking details necessary to provide our services.
- If you use Saarthi Care OS: your verified account email, preferred name, age, account pathway, chosen focus, time preference, check-ins, goals, activity entries, programme progress, membership history and service-payment details.
- For a parent-guided Care OS account, we also store the child age entered by the parent so that age-appropriate activities can be shown. The child does not receive a separate account.
- Basic technical data (such as browser type) collected automatically for site functioning and security.
How We Use Your Information
- To schedule and deliver consultations and digital resources.
- To process payments and send confirmations and booking links.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
- To operate your private Care OS workspace, show relevant activities and calculate your own activity and progress views.
Care OS Records
Care OS entries are private to the signed-in account in the product interface. Authorised website and hosting operators can technically access stored data when required to operate, secure or restore the service. Care OS does not currently share entries with a counsellor and does not send profile or activity answers to an AI service.
You can view or print your Care information and delete individual drafts or your private Care profile from your account. Order, membership and booking records may be retained separately where they are needed for payment administration, fraud prevention, tax, legal or service-delivery records.
Payments
Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers (such as Razorpay and UPI). We do not store your card, bank, or UPI credentials on our servers.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted services to run our practice, including WooCommerce (orders), Calendly (scheduling), and email delivery providers. These process data only as needed to provide their function.
Data Security
We use SSL encryption and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take protection seriously.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Care OS also provides account controls for viewing and removing the private wellbeing information saved there.
